Key Responsibilities:
Join a trusted land surveying firm with over a century of combined experience, serving clients across San Antonio, New Braunfels, Austin, Waco, Kyle, and Buda, Texas We deliver high-quality, dependable surveying services with upfront pricing, professional uniforms, and top-of-the-line equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Residential and Commercial Land Title Surveys to accurately determine property boundaries for refinancing, closing, and transaction purposes
- Perform Tree and Topographic Surveys, identifying natural and manmade features to support development, design, and planning efforts
- Prepare Elevation Certificates for properties in flood zones to assist with flood insurance and certification processes
- Execute Construction Surveys, providing contractors with precise layout and staking data to guide building projects
- Support Platting and Development, subdividing land into lots and creating preliminary layouts for new developments
- Conduct Easement and Route Surveys to map and clarify rights-of-way, utility corridors, and access routes
