Job Details
A well-established engineering and surveying firm in Green Bay is seeking a skilled Land Surveying Technician to join their growing team. This role involves supporting field and office survey operations for a variety of projects including commercial, municipal, and industrial developments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for precision in land measurement and mapping.

- Conduct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using GPS and robotic total stations
- Process field data and prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely survey deliverables
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey equipment
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and construction documentation
- PLS license preferred but not required—support available for candidates pursuing licensure
