Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
  • 7+ years of Landlord-Tenant resolution experience (Commercial/Residential)
  • Contemporaneous experience in:
  • drafting predicate notices
  • pleadings
  • motions
  • complex settlement agreements
  • taking in & defending depositions
  • We need a strong negotiator with excellent computer and research skills!
