Job Details
Day-to-day:
Requirements:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients to understand scope, budget, and schedule
- Utilize AutoCAD to perform landscape designs considering environmental factors, drainage, land conditions, budget, etc..
- Prepare plans, designs, and presentations to share with clients to provide options/ideas and to obtain input/feedback.
- Construction documentation
- Select materials needed for the projects.
- Conduct periodic site visits.
Requirements:
- BLA/BSLA degree
- 7+ years experience of landscape architecture
- Experience in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and GIS/ArcView
- Ability to lead projects from concept through completion
- Mentor junior-level staff
