Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Lead and contribute to master planning and detailed design projects
+ Mentor and provide technical oversight for junior and mid-level staff
+ Support business development through networking, proposals, interviews, and fee negotiations
+ Prepare and review reports, cost estimates, renderings, plans, and specifications
+ Guide projects through public approval processes, including design review and entitlements
+ Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality, on-time work
+ Participate in committees, special projects, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications -

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
+ 5–8 years of professional experience in planning and design of communities, parks, streetscapes, or similar projects
+ Current registration as a Landscape Architect (required)
+ Strong presentation skills in both public and private settings
+ Proficiency with industry software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Office
+ Experience in land and site planning design (highly preferred)
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
+ Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills with an eye for detail
+ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as project needs require
