Job Details

We are looking for a Fence Field Operations Manager to join our team. This position provides a crucial role in high level of service we provide. Working closely with our General Manager of Fence, Account Managers and Crew Leaders to deliver better great properties and timely service. Team member in this role will be working with crew leaders to achieve high quality Fence Work at the greatest value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sustain quality by continually training employees in Riverside methods and operations
  • Provide excellent service and communication in a constructive, courteous manner with a focus on problem solving
  • Promote high standards for customer service, safety, and Riverside’s culture and core values in a positive team environment
  • Provide organizational management, leadership and communication between crews and the operations team in a professional manor and work cooperatively to find delivery solutions
  • Review and provide feedback to Director of Operations on crew member abilities, production, safety, and quality
  • Train crews on budgeted hours, what a man hour budget means, when they should be done on site and how to achieve man hour goals
  • Ensure employees work safely and follow site protocols

Required

  • Educate crews on yard plan and work with crew members to follow plan
  • Actively recruit new team members for the fence division
  • Assess trucks, trailers, and equipment to make sure they are clean and maintained
  • Make sure crew paperwork is filled out correctly and turned in
  • Ensure there is proper stock in the building and material is organized and neat
  • Help schedule fence crews out based on site needs and what is they finish day to day
