Job Details
What You’ll Do:
Operate CNC fiber laser systems to cut and process architectural-grade metals with precision
Set up and run press brake machines (manual and CNC) for custom bends and formed parts
Assist with general metal fabrication, including layout, measuring, sawing, grinding, and minor welding
Interpret technical drawings and fabrication prints to ensure accurate part production
Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues
Collaborate with the fabrication and finishing teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with shop protocols
What You Bring:
2–5+ years of experience operating CNC laser cutting and press brake equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and CAD files
Solid understanding of metal types, tolerances, and fabrication processes
Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, or cast iron
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on custom, non-repetitive work
