Job Details

Our law firm is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Permanent Law Firm Partner. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with a proven track record of excellence to take on a leadership role within our firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for making key decisions that will impact the firm's overall strategy and direction, as well as managing a team of dedicated attorneys and staff. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Law Firm Partner, you will:

1. Play a key role in the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the firm.
2. Oversee the work of attorneys and staff, ensuring that the highest standards of legal practice are upheld.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with expert legal advice and representation.
4. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's practice.
5. Mentor and train junior attorneys, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
6. Ensure the firm's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
7. Represent the firm in professional and community activities, enhancing its reputation and visibility in the legal community.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Law Firm Partner position will have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. At least 5 years of experience in a partner role at a law firm.
4. Proven leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
5. A strong track record of successful client representation.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to inspire and motivate others.
8. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice and professional ethics.
9. Experience in business development and client relationship management.
10. A passion for the law and a dedication to providing the highest quality of service to our clients.
