Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff
  • Completing intake assessments and reviewing treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record
  • Supporting new staff through orientation by modeling and coaching
  • Providing weekly clinical and task supervision to staff team members
  • Modeling the process of opening new cases, including initial home visits
  • Ensuring quality management and compliance with service delivery standards
  • Promoting positive relationships within the community and with other service organizations

Skills You Need

  • Independent NY state licensure (LCSW or LMHC)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians in a home or community setting
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills
