What You Will Be Doing
Skills You Need
- Ensuring program compliance with agency and governmental regulations
- Reviewing and reporting incidents and maintaining incident review committee meetings
- Supporting residents' rights and maintaining a grievance procedure
- Updating CAIRS and CAPS systems for client reporting
- Establishing and maintaining community resource affiliations and advisory committees
- Participating in drafting and implementing program policies and procedures
- Conducting monthly reviews of clinical charts and preparing reports
Skills You Need
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State
- Minimum of five years of administrative and clinical supervisory experience
- Experience in providing residential programming for emotionally handicapped adults
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
