Job Details

The Role
We are seeking a Lead Automotive Transformation Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives across dealership operations and corporate accounting. This is the senior-most role within the project team reporting to the Vp of Transformation, responsible for ensuring all projects are coordinated, aligned, and delivered on time. Automotive knowledge is especially valuable in this position, as you will be partnering directly with dealership leaders to steer workstreams and align the operating model across multiple branches.

Responsibilities
  • Own the portfolio of project plans across the organization, ensuring accountability and progress.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and analysts supporting transformation efforts.
  • Partner with executives, GMs, and dealership leaders to align on priorities and resolve challenges.
  • Oversee standardization of operational and accounting processes across multiple locations.
  • Identify risks and drive proactive mitigation across all programs.
  • Ensure clear communication, reporting, and alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in automotive, retail, or other multi-site industries.
  • Proven success overseeing large-scale transformation portfolios.
  • Strong background in PMO leadership, risk management, and change management.
  • Ability to partner effectively with both executives and operational leaders.
  • Hands-on leader who can both manage the portfolio and engage directly where needed.
