Job Details

The Lead Commissioning Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader responsible for all commissioning activities associated with large-scale mission-critical construction projects. This role will oversee startup, testing, energization, integrated systems testing, troubleshooting, and final turnover of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with data center infrastructure, critical power systems, commissioning procedures, and field leadership in fast-paced construction environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, commissioning, startup, or mission-critical facilities.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent, Commissioning Superintendent, Commissioning Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center projects.
  • Strong knowledge of medium-voltage power distribution and critical power infrastructure.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites throughout the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Master Electrician License
  • NETA Certification
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Data Center Commissioning Experience
  • Experience supporting hyperscale cloud, AI, or mission-critical facilities
