A bit about us:
The Electromechanical Lead is responsible for conducting significant electrical repairs and installations. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively. The Electromechanical Lead will support the maintenance team in ensuring that all machinery and equipment are fully operational and well-maintained throughout the facility. Additionally, this individual will provide training to employees on best practices for machinery and equipment upkeep.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Perform extensive electrical repairs and installations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnosing causes and implementing solutions.
- Maintain and repair machinery and production equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct emergency repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
- Follow the preventative maintenance schedule to uphold facility standards.
- Design and fabricate custom parts or items as specified by work orders or requests.
- Execute plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and other maintenance projects as required.
- Carry out painting, groundskeeping, housekeeping, and other tasks to enhance the facility’s appearance.
- Prioritize and complete work orders based on urgency.
- Assist in the installation of equipment and fabrication of specialized parts.
- Procure and manage materials and supplies, coordinating with outside vendors when necessary.
- Train and mentor team members on proper machinery and equipment maintenance techniques.

- Safety-sensitive role requiring consistent alertness and safe work practices.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift if required.
- Strong teamwork skills and collaboration ability.
- Competence in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with moving equipment.
- Effective communication skills with individuals across various roles.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
- Skilled in operating tools such as drills, saws, mills, grinders, and welding equipment
