Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven Lead Generator for our growing team in the architecture industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in preconstruction and bidding. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by identifying potential leads, researching and analyzing sales options within the construction industry.

2. Develop innovative lead generation strategies and tools to expand the company's client base and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

3. Collaborate with the preconstruction team to understand project specifications

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure a steady flow of leads.

5. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development to stay ahead of industry trends.

6. Coordinate with the sales team to track and report on lead conversion rates and sales targets.

7. Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a lead generation or business development role within the construction or architecture industry.

2. Proven track record in preconstruction and bidding processes.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

5. Proficiency in using lead generation tools.

6. Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively.

7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
