Are you a seasoned HVAC professional with a knack for leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service? Our company is looking for a Permanent Lead HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and duct systems, as well as split conventional system change-outs. This role is also responsible for basic electrical tasks related to HVAC installations. The candidate will also have a role in sales, helping to promote our products and services to potential clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you can apply your technical skills and leadership abilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in the installation of a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and duct systems.
  • Perform split conventional system change-outs with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct basic electrical tasks related to the installation of HVAC systems.
  • Lead installation teams, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to sales efforts, promoting our range of HVAC products and services to potential clients.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC installer, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the installation of a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and duct systems.
  • Proficiency in performing split conventional system change-outs.
  • Basic electrical skills related to HVAC installations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Sales experience, with a track record of promoting HVAC products and services to potential clients.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to all clients.
  • Strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant safety guidelines and procedures.
