A bit about us:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing complex electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance on facility equipment. This role involves troubleshooting to identify the root causes of electrical issues, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition. In addition, the Electromechanical Lead will provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on the proper maintenance and operation of machinery and equipment.

Job Details

  • Conduct major electrical repairs and installations on facility machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure timely and effective repairs.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to perform preventive maintenance, reducing downtime and optimizing machine reliability.
  • Train team members on best practices for machine maintenance, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing maintenance schedules and protocols for new and existing equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and guide the maintenance team.
  • Technical certification or relevant vocational training in electromechanics or a related field preferred.
