Title: Mnufactruing Superintendent
Location: 50-75% Travel REQUIRED
Salary: $33-$37/hr + OT + Per Diem (averaging 10k-15k+ yearly!!)

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring machines are operating at optimal efficiency.
2. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, identifying any potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
3. Manage machine installations, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support, and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
5. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, ensuring they comply with OSHA safety standards.
6. Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring machines are installed and maintained correctly.
7. Manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to our high standards of quality and safety.
8. Train staff in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, ensuring they are followed at all times.
9. Continually review and improve safety protocols, ensuring we maintain a safe working environment.
10. Liaise with other departments, providing technical support and advice as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
3. Strong understanding of engineering principles and mechanical maintenance.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
5. Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
6. Proven track record in managing machine installations.
7. Knowledge of LOTO procedures and the ability to train others in these procedures.
8. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
11. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
