Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Develop, design, and implement complex mechanical systems, ensuring they meet the project requirements and standards.
- Oversee the creation of detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs.
- Conduct detailed analyses of mechanical systems, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems into overall project design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and CAD software.
- Proficient in conducting mechanical analyses, including FEA and CFD.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
