The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can drive initiatives with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications for this role:
- Develop visually compelling and user-centric designs that align with the company’s branding and functional objectives.
- Establish and implement a cohesive design system across multiple platforms, including consumer-facing websites and internal product development tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design vision into product development.
- Lead user research and data-driven design decisions to enhance customer engagement and usability.
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep digital experiences fresh and competitive.
- Define and track key design metrics to assess impact and iterate on improvements.
- Balance the aesthetic and functional requirements of both DTC and B2B platforms to ensure an intuitive and visually engaging experience.
- Work independently, taking ownership of projects with the ability to adapt in real-time to evolving priorities.
Qualifications for this role:
- 6+ years of experience in digital product design either in DTC or B2B SaaS.
- Graphic design/visual chops to create beautiful UI.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion/graphic design software.
- Proven experience building and scaling design systems for complex platforms.
- Strong ability to lead projects with ambiguous scope and clarify goals, metrics, and deliverables.
- Deep understanding of user-centric design principles, research methodologies, and data-driven evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to a diverse audience.
- Startup experience preferred, but not required—resourcefulness, resilience, and adaptability are key.
