As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing of our cutting-edge technology products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience. Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, and ensuring the quality of our products.
- Develop and execute both automated and manual test cases to ensure product quality.
- Use your extensive knowledge of PHP to develop and implement testing strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand product vision and requirements.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, and implement them as needed.
- Work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the QA process through innovative ideas and strategies.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing advice, guidance, and feedback.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in a Lead QA Engineer role.
- Proven experience with both automated and manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, testing tools, and methodologies.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
