We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our Enterprise SaaS solutions.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs.
5. Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
6. Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
7. Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
8. Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
9. Documenting systems, including writing and maintaining both user and technical manuals.
10. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and new trends, and implementing any necessary updates and improvements.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Lead Software Engineer role should possess the following:
1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in developing Enterprise SaaS solutions.
3. Solid understanding of Python, MySQL, and Angular.
4. Experience with multithreading, CI/CD, Cloud, and DevOps.
5. Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.
6. Experience with performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
8. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team.
9. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
10. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
