Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.
- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using .NET Core, Angular, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Act as a "Player Coach", providing hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to your team.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET Core.
- Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Angular, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
- A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mind.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
