Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of software developers, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.
  • Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using .NET Core, Angular, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
  • Act as a "Player Coach", providing hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to your team.
  • Drive the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET Core.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
  • Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
  • A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mind.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
