Responsibilities:

  • Supervising AP team
  • Controlling AP processes and timely transactions
  • Automate and streamline AP processes
  • Supporting AR
  • Forecasting upcoming revenue by customer to analyze credit limit requirements
  • AR controls and reconciliations
  • Supporting DSO optimization
  • Supporting Accounting Manager and general Finance team
  • Assist in the streamlining and automation of invoice processing
  • Dealing with vendor queries
  • Reconciling monthly vendor statements
  • Co-ordination of invoice matching with receipts
  • Resolving AP invoice differences between invoice, receipt and purchase order
  • Assist in payroll reporting/accounting as needed

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Willingness to be onsite 5 days per week.
  • Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounts processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
