Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site construction activities for multifamily high-rise and mid-rise developments from groundbreaking through closeout.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong track record in multifamily high-rise and/or mid-rise projects.
Proven leadership in managing complex urban construction sites.
Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and safety compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
