Job Details

The Lead Superintendent has full responsibility for on-site construction operations from project start through completion. This role owns schedule execution, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all daily jobsite operations
  • Manage subcontractors and field staff
  • Drive schedule, quality, and safety performance
  • Coordinate closely with Project Management and ownership
  • Maintain site logistics and inspections

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
  • Proven success leading large, ground-up projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing and safety
