Job Details
The Lead Superintendent has full responsibility for on-site construction operations from project start through completion. This role owns schedule execution, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.

- Maintain site logistics and inspections
Qualifications
- 10+ years of multifamily construction experience
- Proven success leading large, ground-up projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and safety
