A national multifamily developer-builder is hiring a Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a 300+ unit high-rise in the South Florida market. This is a marquee local project and an opportunity to join a developer with a best-in-class reputation for delivering luxury rental communities across the U.S.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with proven experience delivering similar high-rise multifamily projects—concrete podium, full structure, high-quality finish.

Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Direct daily site operations, trades, and construction activities
  • Maintain schedule alignment, site safety, and subcontractor performance
  • Lead coordination across the field and office team
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure code compliance from foundation through punch
  • Represent the builder in the field with leadership, professionalism, and urgency

What You Bring
  • Experience as Lead Superintendent on multifamily high-rises $50M+
  • Strong concrete structure and vertical construction experience
  • Long-tenured work history (6–10+ years with one or two employers preferred)
  • Ability to lead teams and subcontractors with accountability and trust
  • Proficiency with Procore, project schedules, and field documentation
