Requirements
- Lead daily jobsite operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall field management
- Ensure safety, quality control, and timely delivery of all project milestones
- Manage site logistics, materials, inspections, and conflict resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to uphold budget and build standards
- Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents, field engineers, and trade partners

Requirements
- 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 as a Lead Superintendent
- Proven track record on multifamily and mixed-use projects over $50M
- Excellent knowledge of structural systems, building codes, sequencing, and field safety
- Strong leadership, communication, and tech proficiency (Procore a plus)
- Willingness to travel or be based near South Bend, IN
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
