This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, manage a team of professionals, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and estimating to final inspections and approvals. You will also be responsible for managing the site safety, interpreting blueprints, adhering to building codes, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Superintendent to join our construction team specializing in multifamily projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, manage a team of professionals, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and estimating to final inspections and approvals. You will also be responsible for managing the site safety, interpreting blueprints, adhering to building codes, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Interpret and implement construction blueprints, ensuring that all work is carried out according to plan.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, implementing and maintaining site safety management protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.
- Solve problems proactively, identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Estimate and control construction costs, managing budgets effectively to ensure project profitability.
- Lead and manage construction teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically in multifamily projects.
- Proven experience in site safety management, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, with the ability to interpret and implement complex construction plans.
- Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of managing budgets effectively.
- Proven team leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience in quality control, with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
