Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Multifamily construction, Podium, Project Management, Ground up, Superintendent, and site supervision. As a Permanent Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of Multifamily projects from start to finish, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction of Multifamily projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide site supervision and ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage the project schedule and ensure that all work is completed on time.
  • Manage the project budget and ensure that all costs are kept within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project change orders and ensure that all changes are documented and approved.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Multifamily construction, Podium, Project Management, Ground up, Superintendent, and site supervision.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
