Based in New York, we are a mid-tier General Contractor that specializes in the construction of affordable, mixed-income housing. Due to growth, we are seeking to add an experienced Superintendent with high-rise residential, out of ground experience to join our team. An ideal candidate will have a background in the housing sector. For this project, you will be the Lead Super. We work on projects in all 5 boroughs.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- Extensive High-Rise Residential Construction, out of ground experience
- Experience working on projects that involve housing (affordable, mixed-income, etc.)
