Lead Superintendent

We are a top commercial & multifamily GC in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our company has built a wide range of projects, including mixed-use, multi family, corporate interiors, industrial buildings, healthcare, R&D space, shopping centers, office parks, and more.

Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in multi-family construction? Do you have a keen understanding of building codes and commercial construction? If so, we are looking for a Permanent Lead Multi-Family Superintendent to join our dynamic and innovative construction team. This role is not just about managing construction projects; it's about being the driving force that propels our company to the pinnacle of success. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of multi-family construction projects, ensuring that all stages of the construction process are executed with excellence, from initial planning to the final handover.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family or commercial projects.
2. Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and laws related to multi-family construction.
3. Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
7. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
