Responsibilities:

Shape our team by sourcing top talent in product and engineering.
Collaborate with managers to understand needs and devise recruiting strategies.
Execute end-to-end recruitment, from engagement to onboarding.
Enhance candidate experience and streamline processes.
Requirements:

Experience in product and engineering recruitment in fast-paced environments.
Strong sourcing skills and technical understanding.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
