Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate medical treatment for personal injury clients, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Request and track medical records and bills.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients—answering questions, providing updates, and offering support.
  • Assist attorneys with case prep, file organization, and court filings.
  • Monitor deadlines and maintain detailed case notes and records.
  • Ensure all medical documentation is complete, accurate, and timely for litigation needs.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal or medical support role (personal injury preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high level of professionalism, empathy, and client service.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
