Job Details
We are looking for a highly organized Legal Secretary or Junior Paralegal with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Must be willing to learn and adapt to the way the firm operates!

5. Are you able to commute to Houston (Montrose/Midtown area) daily? This is a fully onsite position.

Job Duties/Qualifications:
- Strong sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft365 - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient in e-filing
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, like calendaring, managing RSVPs, updating production and pleading logs, maintain good knowledge of cases
- Coverage for phones
- Assist paralegals with needs such drafting simple but professional correspondence to clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Knowledge of preparing binders for trial and hearings and basic knowledge what is involved for preparation
- Knowledge of calendaring Scheduling Orders and Docket Control Orders
- Knowledge of printing labels, scanning, and saving documents to a digital file
