Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting correspondence; and typing and formatting legal documents;
  • Opening, organizing, managing and closing files;
  • Assist attorneys with research and preparation for trials and hearings;
  • Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and managing calendars; and making and/or changing travel arrangements;
  • Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners;
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years experience in a litigation support role in the practice areas of insurance coverage/bad faith, construction, transportation, product/general liability, and professional liability defense is required;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management software;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
