The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, benefits management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team and will foster a culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
