Experience:
Position Details:
**This position is in-office**
- 3-5+ years Legal Admin/Assistant experience at a law firm
- Probate experience ideal and experience in business immigration a plus, particularly in preparing and filing H-1Bs, I-140s, and I-485s
- Proficient in Word, Excel, e-filing and immigration forms software
- Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also be able to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills
Position Details:
- Supporting 2-3 Attorneys
- Frequent communication with clients
- Prepare immigration forms and correspondence for attorney review. Manage status of all filed applications
- Maintain confidential records
