Job Details
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in real estate law
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assist with the workload for busy attorneys and paralegals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a close-knit team
- Proficiency in drafting and revising organizational documents
- Experience in creating and maintaining closing checklists
- Ability to act as a liaison between attorney and client, facilitating communication and transmittal of necessary information
- Strong organizational skills to manage deal closings, handle closing books, and other related post-closing matters
