- Communicate with associates, paralegals, vendors, and clients as necessary.
- Prepare and file court pleadings, research and compile information, draft letters and other correspondence, and proofread documents.
- Answering phone calls and emails, arranging meetings and travel, and maintaining calendar deadlines.
- Organize and file documents to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
