We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. 1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
2. Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in case preparation and strategy development.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and pleadings.
4. Assist in the preparation of case briefs, legal memorandums, and other legal papers.
5. Liaise with clients and other professionals to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions.
6. Maintain a highly organized system for legal case files, ensuring all important information is readily accessible.
7. Assist in the preparation and filing of all court documents, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
8. Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
3. Extensive experience in conducting legal research, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in using legal research software and legal databases.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and concisely.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols, and court system.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. High level of discretion and confidentiality for dealing with sensitive information.
