Location: Englewood, CO
Salary range: $55k-$65k/year based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday; ON-SITE!

Job Details
We are seeking a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience working in a litigation law firm, preferably in a personal injury or related practice area.

Responsibilities:
- Support of Shareholder and senior-level attorneys in a pre-litigation and litigation environment
- Set-up and assist with the maintenance of large electronic and paper files
- Request of medical, financial, and other case-related documents and records
- Electronic filing in both state and federal courts
- Calculate and calendar state and federal deadlines
- Scheduling of depositions, meetings, and hearings, travel
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Assistant within a litigation team
- Experience in identifying, calculating, and calendaring federal and state statutory deadlines
- The ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
- Must have experience with civil procedure
