Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Providing administrative support to a team of attorneys, including drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
2. Managing attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
3. Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
4. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
5. Maintaining and organizing legal files in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Assisting with trial preparation, including the preparation of trial exhibits and trial binders.
7. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and court rules.
8. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within the legal industry.
2. Proficient in legal administration, calendaring, and scheduling.
3. Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal document formatting.
4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
