Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents
  • Review and manage client inquiries and communications
  • Assist attorneys in litigation prep and court filings
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw
  • Organize and manage case files and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and perform clerical tasks
  • Serve as point of contact via phone and email
  • Support project management related to legal cases

You should have most of the following:
  • Must be fluent in German (reading and speaking)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • Skilled in legal research using online databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks independently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Prior legal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus
