Legal Case Manager - Hybrid!

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team in managing personal injury cases across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, preferably in personal injury, though applicants with strong case management backgrounds in other areas of law are also encouraged to apply. This role involves supporting the legal team by overseeing cases from inception to pre-suit negotiation, ensuring that clients are informed and supported throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of personal injury caseload from onset to pre-suit negotiation
Assist clients with property damage, medical treatment guidance, claims, and understanding each stage of the process
Communicate with insurance companies (both host and adverse) regarding case details
Review and organize medical records
Prepare continuous demand packages and assist with other case-related administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong deadline management skills
Personal injury or insurance defense experience is a plus, but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
