This small law firm provides legal services to health care providers and companies operating in the health care industry. With virtual offices located in Bellevue, WA, Lake Oswego, OR, and Anchorage, AK.

They work with ambulatory surgery centers, large medical and dental groups, solo practice physicians and dentists, pharmacies, specialty clinics, management services organizations and healthcare vendors. Their lawyers advise start-up enterprises and well-established community, regional and national health care businesses.

Job Details

Administrative Duties, include such things as:
  •  Manage office communications, including emails and incoming calls for firm
  •  Manage firm administrative calendar in Outlook with reminders to Managers
  •  Monitor and circulate firm website inquiries
  •  Responsibility for opening and closing firm client files
  •  Gather necessary information from attorney and legal assistant, perform entity research and open new firm client files month)
  •  Manage firm accounts billable and payable records
  •  Prepare and distribute overdue account statements to firm clients
  •  Compile supporting documentation and post client expenses in billing software and prepare for Manager review and bookkeeper use
  •  Prepare and draft agenda from template and compile documents for meeting packet and send calendar invites
  •  Assist with firm membership, registration and licensing renewals
  •  Make updates to firm website

Job Qualifications
  •  Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
  •  Experience as an office manager or similar administrative role (within a law firm or legal department preferred)
  •  Proficiency in office software applications, including MS Office Suite and document management systems
  •  Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  •  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  •  Positive attitude with commitment to integrity, quality and professionalism
