Responsibilities:
- Administrative litigation tasks, data entry, and assisting with preparation for trial, arbitration and mediation.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and diligence with deadlines are required.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mailings and faxes.
- Responsive with strong communication skills.
- A team player and self-starter seeking increasing levels of responsibility.
- Prior law firm experience is a plus.
