Job Details
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages.
Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with document management systems.
Collaborate with paralegals to ensure smooth workflow within the office.
Experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving case management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with document management systems and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
