We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Legal Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position in the legal industry, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing complex legal documents, and providing valuable insights that will aid in our firm's legal proceedings, client intake, and research technology. The Legal Research Analyst will work a hybrid schedule out of one of our nine office locations, three days onsite 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive legal research using various research tools to support the firm's legal proceedings.
2. Analyze and summarize complicated legal documents, including court cases, legal opinions, statutes, and regulatory rulings.
3. Communicate effectively with attorneys to understand their research needs and provide accurate and timely information.
4. Develop and maintain a knowledge management system to organize and track legal research resources.
5. Keep abreast of new legal developments and advise the team accordingly.
6. Assist attorneys in preparing for court proceedings, depositions, and meetings.
7. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the firm's legal research needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Information Science, Law or related field.
2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a law firm.
3. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
4. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex legal information.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with attorneys and other team members.
7. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
9. Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
