Job Details

Support multiple attorneys handling complex civil defense litigation matters

Prepare, proof, and finalize pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

Handle e-filing in both State and Federal courts

Manage attorney calendars for hearings, depositions, mediations, and deadlines

Maintain organized electronic files via Dropbox

Assist with trial preparation and coordination

Review and approve invoices, handle expense reimbursements, and manage travel arrangements as needed

Provide occasional front desk coverage when required

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and general litigation workflow tools

Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil litigation required
