Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to several attorneys within real estate department
  • Edit legal documents and correspondence proficiently
  • Work in and navigate document management systems
  • Handle time and billing entries for attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Proven experience in administrative support within a legal environment.
  • Proficient in legal research and documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and court system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent would be considered an asset.
